This policy covers the 595corp.com website and the internal software tools operated by 595 Capital Corp, including the Hermes Agent Google integration. Last updated 19 October 2026.

Website

The website does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. If you submit the contact form, we keep the name, email address, and message you provide so we can reply. We do not sell or share that information.

Information you send through the contact and intake forms is received through Netlify Forms and emailed to us. We use it only to reply and to prepare a diagnosis.

Internal tools and Google user data

Hermes Agent is an internal assistant used only by 595 Capital Corp staff on their own Google accounts. It is not offered to the public.

What it accesses. With the account owner's consent, it reads and manages Gmail messages and drafts, reads and manages Google Calendar events, and reads and manages Google Drive files.

How the data is used. Only to carry out tasks the account owner asks for, such as searching mail, drafting replies, and scheduling events. Google user data is never used for advertising, never sold, and never shared with third parties.

Where it is stored. OAuth tokens are stored on a server controlled by 595 Capital Corp and are used only to make Google API requests on the account owner's behalf. Message and file contents are processed for the task in hand and are not retained as a separate copy.

Revoking access. The account owner can revoke access at any time from the Google Account permissions page at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Revoking access deletes the stored token's usefulness immediately.

Use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
